Workshops at The Sydney Salsa Congress 2009
You cannot miss the Sydney Salsa Congress. From the same organizers of the Australian Dance Festival comes the event of the year for Latin and Brazilian dance styles.
The event is composed of workshops, shows & performances and the biggest latin dance parties in Australia. The fun is spread throughout 4 nights and 3 days from the 28th to 31st Jan 2010.
You can buy full passes, day passes or tickets for the shows and parties.
It is the 6th Congress and what started as a Salsa event now includes a great variaty of latin styles: Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Zouk, Forro, Gafieira, Tango, West Coast Swing, etc.
If you can only come one night I would suggest you get the first night, this way you can still decide to get the full event. You cannot imagine the kind of adventure is in store for you.
To give you a taste imagine the State Sport Centre absolutely full of dancers…
Either than one room the parties have now two rooms, one with Brazililan Dancing and the tradicional one with the Latin Styles.
If you intend to buy tickets for Friday and Saturday nights do it on line now as they are quickly booked out.
