Mmm. I love the concept. Just look at the flyer and you wanna eat it. VBar is at 111 Liverpool St, Sydney (World Square). They're also offering (seems like this is the selling point these days) a heated outdoor smoking area, due to the banning of smoking indoors.

Rarely are nightclub events held specifically to raise money for charity. It is, for the most part, a real shady kinda business but there are promoters out there who give me hope that there are good people in the industry. Which is why I never sought out club events to post up on this site, but from all the inquiries I get about good Hip Hop/R&B/House/Electro clubs in Sydney, I thought I'd put up a separate forum for events that I've been made aware of.
Next Friday, if you're in Sydney, try to check out a night called "Spare Change" which is held in collaboration with many promoters and DJs to raise money for Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets organisation. I'm a big fan of this charity and aim to work with them in the future, if not doing similar things for the community - 'cause God knows we need it[ Click here to read more ]
