Dancekool vol.16 ~2 on 2 Dance Battle Competition 2006 the 2nd Sydney Elimination~
Date: Sunday 20 August 2006
Time: 3pm-9pm, (Comp registration from 2pm on the day)
Venue: Havana Club De Luxe, 169 Oxford Street Darlinghurst
Price: $12/advanced, $15/door, $5/comp entry per a person
This is the event for all dancekool people and street dancers in Australia. Dancekool’s famous dance battle tournaments and dance showcases will now achieve 16th volume. Since this is the Grand Championship, Dancekool holds its elimination 3 times in Sydney and ones in Tokyo, Japan. This is the 2nd elimination tournament in Sydney this year.
Main contents of the event are the 2 on 2 dance battle tournament of BBoying and Street Hip Hop dance, at which the winner from each battle will achieve the right to enter the Final battle tournament held in Dec 2006. Furthermore, there will be performances by the total of 40-50 students at Dancekool studio and others, from many different classes of Hip Hop, Locking, Popping, Street Jazz and double dutch (Jumping ropes). Also there’ll be showcases by Sydney’s local dance crews, such as Psalm (Groove Sydney 2006 winning crew), S-Blow, Teriyaki Paradise, Sakura, 4six3, Rhapsody, Missies, and more to be announced.
This is the 6-hour event for all ages, therefore everyone is welcomed. Please note that this event will bring the further development and progress on Australia and Japan’s dance scene and all of your supports are needed.

For Dancers / Bboys / Bgirls, comp registration will start from 2:00pm at Havana Club only on the day. Please be there on time so we can run comps smooth
