The Sydney Salsa Congress becomes the Sydney Latin Festival

For the last few years the organisers of the Sydney Salsa Congress had been feeling the name wasn’t being as wide as the actual event.
Every year there were more dancers and more styles of Latin dancing. The Zouk dancers were stealing part of the show, Bachata had been growing exponentially and so many other styles had been making sure they have their part of the congress.
The World sensations in West Coast Swing, Jordan and Tatiana are back and I cannot wait to see their shows. Every year, without fail, they bring tears to my eyes. They are for me the perfect example of people living their dreams, their dancing together is magical, with a smoothness of movements unparallel. The level they achieve can only be shown through inspiration and passion.
All my favourite dancers from Sydney, of course, will be present, and my other preferred also: Kadu & Larissa and Tony Lara.
The great novelty this year is the Bachata Room at the Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties. Bachata lovers have been having trouble sleeping with excitement.
